Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through. 4. Pour sauce on top

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 1.5 mins. 3. Peel back film. 4. Pour sauce on top.

I have never liked C...

I have never liked Cod! I tried this only because I don't eat chicken, and the other proteins I eat like lamb and turkey aren't offered regularly. Luckily CookUnity offeres fish, but I always felt Cod was too dry. I guess Ruben's slow roasted style is King! I loved every bite!
