Story of the Meal

Cornish hens are seasoned with salt, pepper, onion, fresh garlic and slow roasted in the oven at low temperature, then glazed with peach schnapps, potatoes are roasted with hens, mixed greens are tossed with a drizzle of ginger dressing

Summer Wind Farms

Satur Farms, owned by chef Eberhard Müller and his wife Paulette Satur, is dedicated to growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients. It began when they purchased their original farm on the North Fork of Long Island in 1997, with the intention of growing some vegetables and herbs for Chef Müller's restaurant. Colleagues in New York City asked if they might be able to buy their produce, and the farm as a business became a reality.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Heat up for 15-20 mins or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 2-4 mins. 3. Remove film.

This was pretty good.! The chicken itself didn’t have a tonnnn of flavor and I would have loved more veggies as it was definitely a lot of protein, enough for two people.

The peach flavor rem...

The peach flavor reminded me of bad alcohol; so unpleasant. The hen was dry and half the potatoes weren't fully cooked. I gave it 2 instead 3 because I think the dish still has potential (i.e different sauce like maybe something garlic).

The hen is basically unseasoned and tastes like a whole foods rotisserie chicken. The onions are just sweet and gross. Potatoes are plain. Just bland overall.
