Story of the Meal

A hardy Tex-Mex style chili perfect for those chilly nights- made with ground beef, and fresh corn. The chili is spiced to perfection with cumin, chili powder, chipotle peppers and a hint of jalapeno. This chili is served best with a warm bowl of fluffy rice - topped with sour cream, and even more cheddar.

Summer Wind Farms

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Remove the sour cream container 4. Heat up for 15-20 mins or until heated through. 5. Pour the sour cream on top.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Remove the sour cream container. 3. Microwave for 1.5-3.5 mins. 4. Pour the sour cream on top.

Enjoy it cold!

Love everything abou...

Love everything about this dish: the spicing was perfect (complex blend of flavors and balanced heat); and the corn was still crunchy. I’d order this one again!
