You don't need summer to enjoy all the tomatoes in this sun-dried chicken bowl prepared by Chef Chris. Tossed with a tangy sauce butter, parmesan, tomato paste and garlic that is coated all over roasted chicken. Chef paired with with chewy farro, fresh spinach, and more salty parmesan on the side.
