Story of the Meal

Packed with both nutrients and a sweet flavor, sweet potatoes are one of the most versatile and healthful vegetables available. To make it more superfood, swet potato is combined with quinoa, black bean and other veggies, herbs in a special sauce drizzled all over.

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

So much food! And de...

So much food! And dense. I wasn’t expecting it to be an “enjoy cold” situation. My husband heated his up and I had mine cold. Lots of big chunks of raw red onion. Some of the sweet potato was undercooked and crunchy.

Would have been 5 stars, but there was no sweet potatoes. Just carrots made to look like sweet potatoes. Disappointed and somewhat misleading.
