Story of the meal

To make the sauce Chef Luciana combine the gluten-free soy sauce, sugar, nori, rice vinegar, orange peel, sesame seed, red chili, ginger, poppy seed and cornstarch and cook in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Grill the chicken with the sauce and the rice for 15 minutes. Then combine rice with carrots, pepper, scallions, peas, lemon, cilantro and the chicken on top.

Meals are delivered chilled

The container and lid ARE microwave safe. Plastic cup is NOT. Only the container IS oven safe.

Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Oven (recommended)

1. Preheat to 375F 2. Pour sauce on top of chicken 3. Cook for 7 mins or until heated through

In the Microwave (recommended)

1. Remove lid and replace with microwave-safe lid or cover. 2. Pour sauce on top of chicken 3. Cook for 2 mins.
