Story of the Meal

A meal perfect for the health conscious, packed with flavor but guilt free! Tender chicken breasts are marinated in a spice blend, and grilled until golden. Cauliflower gets coated in more savory spices and roasted, then tossed with marinated shredded carrots and golden raisins. Top it off with some nutty tahini sauce,and you've got a delectable meal!

Summer Wind Farms

Eckerton Hill Farm has its origins on the rooftop of a Brooklyn brownstone, where owner Tim Stark started his first tomato seedlings nineteen years ago. Today, the farm sits on 58 hillside acres overlooking the fertile Oley Valley of Berks County, Pennsylvania. We grow over 200 varieties of fruits and vegetables and we are best known for our more than 100 varieties of juicy heirloom tomatoes and fiery peppers of every shape and hue.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Remove sauce container. 4. Heat up for 15-20 mins or until heated through. 5. Pour sauce on top - sauce is better cold.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Remove the sauce container. 3. Microwave for 2-4 mins.or until heated through. 4. Pour sauce on top - sauce is better cold.

The spices on this d...

The spices on this dish were so unusual for my palate. The chicken was dry even though I ate it 2 days after delivery but the sauce included helped to address that.

Not great for microw...

Not great for microwave reheating. I assumed it was boneless chicken and was surprised when it was bone-in. I’d try this again because the flavors were good but I’d definitely save it for home vs work when I have access to the oven.

This was a good meal...

This was a good meal, it had a lot of flavors going on. It was healthy and low cal and everything came out of the oven perfectly heated. The chicken was a bit tough but other than that it was a very good meal overall.

Not good. Mine was covered in large amounts of spice making the each bite all spice sandy gritty. Chicken good once the spice was removed. Would. Not recommend. Disappointing and again not good

So much spice made t...

So much spice made the veggies dry and over flavored. The chicken was tasty once the thick layer of spice was removed. I have loved the Zaatar chicken in the past but someone must have dropped the jar of spice on my dish. The side was wilted cucumbers and tomatoes. A salad I enjoy but this one was not fresh.

Disappointing , I'm afraid. The chicken was super dry, chewy and cardboardy. The cauliflower was very salty and drenched in half a cup of olive oil, making it a very high/calorie side.
