Edward RodwellBorn and raised in Brittany, France, Chef Edward's cooking style is true to his roots. From a very early age, food took center-stage in Edward's life. Whether at large family gatherings, when his parents entertained or simple home cooked meals, good food was always being served. In 2005, Edward graduated from The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City where he continues cooking for both private and corporate clients. Edward loves traveling the world, learning about new flavors and cooking technics and, while familiar with many cuisines, French and Mediterranean foods are his strongest suits.
