Wild Mushroom Campanelle Pasta
.jpg?height=800&width=800&fit=crop&format=webp&cs=tinysrgb&lossless=true?w=1920)
This delectable dish features curly campanelle pasta tossed in a deeply savory black garlic sauce that's bolstered by charred onion and tahini and perfectly complemented by a dollop of creamy labneh. A medley of wild mushrooms adds a delightful earthy flavor and meaty texture, while a squeeze of lemon juice and splash of white wine at the end add refreshing tang and bring balance to the dish. To take it over the top, Chef garnishes the luxe pasta with toasted breadcrumbs and nigella seeds for crunch. Created by Chef Einat, this culinary masterpiece is a must-try from Balaboosta.
