Salmon is pan-fried at high heat to ensure a nice, crispy finish on the outside but a moist and tender inside. Chef Andres cooks the salmon with a Cajun seasoning that's full of flavor and packs a spicy punch. The medium level of heat goes perfectly with fresh avocado sauce and a refreshing cucumber salsa to cool everything off.

The salmon was very succulent and flavorful. The cucumber salad was a nice pairing, and the avocado cream sauce was excellent.

Really good. You definitely taste the Cajun taste on the salmon. However, the avocado sauce down some of the spice. And the salmon was not dry. I will definitely order this one again.

The salmon was very flavorful though the cucumber salad felt a bit plain in comparison.

Did not enjoy this - the salmon was dry and the side vegetable was cooked cucumber. Will not be ordering this one again.

The cooked cucumber salsa texture ruined the whole dish. On the second one, I took the salmon out of the container and heated only it, and that was a much better dining experience.
