Smoky, sweet, and savory, the chipotle-maple glaze on this tender salmon filet is the real star of this dish. It takes the buttery fish from good to great, especially when paired with Chef Ruben's mango pico de gallo and a side of fresh, lemony green beans. The bold, tangy flavors in this dish make it much more fun and exciting to eat than your average "health food", yet it's still full of nutrition. This meal is ideal for a light lunch or a protein-packed dinner after an intense workout.

Fish cooked per directions but string beans were way under cooked

Garlicky greens beans-lots of them! Salmon was good, I added a small amount of maple syrup to make it sweeter. The sauce that came with it was smoky and not to my liking.

Delicious! Perfect serving!

Disappointing because it was a Premium meal. I enjoyed the salmon, but I've preferred several other meals that I've tried. The beans were basically raw and inedible.
