Indulge in the tantalizing flavors of the herb-marinated, grilled steak with chimichurri! This dish features succulent hanger steak, marinated in extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a blend of fresh herbs. The steak is then grilled to caramelized perfection and topped with a vibrant and tangy chimichurri sauce made from Italian parsley, cilantro, and garlic. The steak is paired with Chef Andres' version of classic steakhouse sides, lightened up: cauliflower 'rice' and grilled mushrooms, prepared simply and deliciously.

Too much garlic....and I couldn't find the mushrooms....this was supposed to be a premium meal...meh.

This was the first meal we couldn’t eat from CU. We reheated it carefully but the steak was still impossibly chewy and the chimichurri was bland.
