Fresh curly kale tossed in quinoa with bits of goat cheese, roasted sweet potatoes and beets, sprinkled with caramelized pecans for that extra crunch. Red onions and a simple dressing give the final touch to this healthy and complete Salad.

It was almost all quiona. I would like more kale. Kale is the first word in the title and i only had about 5 kale leaves.

Everything in the salad worked really well together. I just wish there was an option for a protein because it didn’t seem like a good value for just a salad.

Prefer a different/lighter dressing

One of my favorite salads. Needs consistency in prep. Sometimes the pecans are not candied, and sometimes they are. This time, the kale was in giant hunks not appropriate for a chopped salad.

This is my favorite salad. The ingredients taste so good together, and the dressing is a great mix of sweet and spicy.

I have ordered this salad more times to count, and have never been disappointed. It's just a big, delicious salad with plenty of wholesome ingredients. I hope it continues as a staple meal here.
