Big, bold flavors straight out of Puebla. Chef Andres dials up the heat with a fragrant garlic-chili rub, searing and roasting beef tenderloin until it’s smoky, tender, and juicy. Roasted sweet potatoes are served next to a zippy salsa verde loaded with tomatillos and cilantro, with a side of garlicky green beans for a fresh finish.

I thought it was very tasty. Needed to add a little bit of salt and pepper to the beans, but texture of it all was good.
Ratio could’ve been a little better, couple more slices of meat

Highly recommend. I thought the beef was cooked just right. I'm usually not to big on "sauces" but the salsa verde was super tasty! It helped make the meal stand out. Nice portion as well. I'll definitely order again. Try it - I think you'll agree with me.

Green beans were undercooked, beef overcooked. Sweet potatoes were perfect

Tender beef. Lovely sauce

Just wish there was a milder version of this. I am not a spicy eater. In fact, I am a wimp otherwise everything was good even without the sauce, but it was basic. And be wonderful if you could actually have the sauces offered in varying degrees of heat from dead to fire alarm people could choose.!

Beef was OK, nothing great. Beans were tough, but the roasted sweet potatoes were the best part of the meal. Didn't care for the salsa verde.
