Crisp-skinned seared barramundi comes served with a smooth pasilla chili sauce that captures the warmth and subtle spice of Mexican tradition. A colorful medley of baby carrots, tender green beans, and young zucchinis glazed with agave adds brightness and texture.

Excellent skin. Veggies just slightly mushy but still good.

Part of the fish was gray on the inside, very unappetizing! Vegetables were good though.

Great taste, very light, and cooked to perfection. Very light taste and delicious as well were the veges. Wished there was mashed potatoes.
