This was SO good!!
The only comment, there were not many noodles or asparagus, the beef was plentiful, the tomatoes good. However we found ONE 2" piece of asparagus & there was maybe a half cup of noodles.
We appreciated the plentiful beef(also at least a half cup, maybe a smidge more), just wish there were more pappardelle & a bit more asparagus to balance it out.
We also didnt think there was enough ricotta, so we added a bit more-an easy add since we always have whole milk ricotta on hand-might be more difficult for other folks & they might appreciate a full cup(vs 1/3c we got)...but that isnt our issue-lol.
The taste was still amazing!!
We will definitely order this again & again-just make sure to have some noodles on hand to add to it-just in case.
The 14yo gymnast was in love with this for her cheat day....I secretly loved the protein added to make it a more complete "cheat meal"(but dont speak on it either way-just celebrate when she picks this over alfredo or pesto sans protein).

This was very disappointing. My husband's comments were: too much fat, noodles were hard.
My thoughts are that the meat was tough and a premium meal's meat should not be tough.

Love this dish but sometimes the beef can still have a lot of fat/ cartilage attached that looks like beef.
