The flavor, ingredient quality, etc were all top notch. Unfortunately, risotto just doesn't package well, so the texture was *wild* 🤣 but the flavor was excellent, so I hit it with a little cream cheese, and scooped it up with crisp tortillas as a SUPER bougie dip. It was great

I don’t know if it’s because of who was preparing it, but I couldn’t even finish it. The risotto was not creamy at all and just stuck together so it was all just a sticky glob.
