I live in TX, This is not TX style. There was no smoked bark. Black seasoning rubbed on, but no bark. Texans love the burnt ends and bark. Good flavor but not if you are expecting TX style

Fat wasn't rendered and was unedible. The brisket was tough because it wasn't cooked long enough. no smokey flavor.

tough and tasteless with a "special sauce" that was difficult to distinguish from fancy ketchup. this is the first time I've had a dish from cook Unity that I truly could find nothing to recommend
