Fluffy steamed buns come alongside a savory mix of shrimp, crimini mushrooms, apple, and onion—sautéed with sesame oil and soy for a deep umami base. Build each bite just the way you like it and tie everything together with a drizzle of sweet eel sauce.
Too weird. The bread was dry and tasteless and was soggy from the Saran Wrap not protecting.

It was a very large portion. It would be great if you could offer a smaller 400 calories option. Very good!

Not a fan of the apple, also not enough buns for the amount of filling you get

This was an amazing combination of ingredients, the apple added the perfect crunch. Perfect!
The wrapped buns need to be laid with the opening side face up, as the sauces series into the packaging.

Good shrimp, veggies and sauce. Need to find a better way to heat the bao buns.

Bottom bun was completely soggy by the time I ate the meal. I also don't have a microwave to heat them up so they weren't that great cold
Shannon · 08/01/26
One side of the bao was very wet

Need a different solution than the buns

When I ordered this meal, I was excited. When I received this meal, I was disappointed. The sauce was waaaaaaay to sweet AND it had leaked into the Bao buns so they crumbled when unwrapped. Not good

Chancharoen is inspired by Korean, Japanese, Cuban and Taiwanese cuisines, and her unique style reflects this vibrant mix of flavors. She started her own food truck in 2018 and opened a ghost kitchen for takeout and delivery in 2021.
