Use by was within a day or two when it was received, along with several other meals. How does this work if you order more 8+ meals are the shelf life is all within 1-3 days when they are received?

It was good, just a little too spicy. Maybe put a note on the salsa instructions to only do the spicy one to taste? I would've liked some crunch to it as well, maybe some peanuts?
