Fresh from the grill, this fresh red snapper has that perfect crispy skin and tender white meat. The fish is paired up with rice, charred kale, and roasted cherry tomatoes for a little pop of sweetness. A bright chimichurri sauce brings the whole dish together!

is this a Maibel? I think so. She is awesome. I get flavors that are unique and tasty. the red snapper was perfect, and the sauce was spicy but exactly the right amount.

I like the size of the fish, but a little tough. Spice level was too high for me. I didn't use the sauce. Kale was tough. I would get again
