So much good stuff, all in one vibrant Mexican-inspired meal! Atop a hearty base of yellow rice and black beans, Chef Andres plates tender, juicy cubes of grilled chicken breast, marinated with chiles, spices, citrus, and pineapple for a touch of sweetness. He pairs it with a tangle of crisp, tangy red-onion encurtidas, a pickled condiment common throughout Mexico and Central America. Stir all the elements of the dish together so you’ll get a bit of each in every bite, then pour on the creamy Avocado-Zucchini sauce and enjoy a delightful fusion of flavor and nutrition.

Good but lacking seasoning and heat. Even the sauce was a little bland. Had to add my own sauce on top.

This was such a great bowl. My only recommendation is to maybe add more sauce to the bowl.

This dish had zero seasoning. Portion size was great. But every ingredient was bland. I do appreciate the white meat chicken and it was juicy. But zero seasoning throughout.

Overall the bowl was decent. The pastor was a bit underseasoned, and the bowl needed some more texture - perhaps some crunchy veg. I ended up adding some cabbage slaw and some hot sauce.

Love the amount flavor that was provided in this dish, the pickled onions and sauce was my favorite!
