Inspired by the bright flavors of Hawaiian poke, this bowl starts with a base of fluffy tricolor quinoa layered with diced avocado, julienned cucumber and carrot, and tender edamame. A flaky pan-seared salmon fillet crowns the mix, served with a tangy ponzu sauce sparked with serrano pepper.

Good salmon and quinoa. Vegetables were okay. I found the sauce to be too spicy.

Very fishy tasting, also all the ingredients were mixed together and I would rather have my avocado cold than warm and you can’t really separate it when it’s mixed all together.

Tastes great but hardly any avocado or edamame.
Nowhere near as much avocado and edamame as the photo indicated.
