Spiced, smoked, and slowly cooked, beef brisket shines in this one-bowl wonder, stacked with cilantro rice, refried beans, and baby spinach. Served with salsa verde cruda—a fresh blend of tomatillo and jalapeno—and topped with pepperjack cheese, this dish brings Texas and Mexico in flavor form.

Overall the flavor was good. The meat was pretty fatty for my taste. The other short rib meal I get isn’t this fatty

really good mexican style bowl with a different meat that you cant normally find! the brisket is pretty tender for microwaved meat! doesnt get too tough after heating

This was a wonderful meal. That is why it is so incredibly frustrating and disappointed that the portions are so small fill up the container! One more week and I’m canceling.

Very good

This was not very flavorful. The beans were very good, but the rice was on the dry side, and the beef had little flavor and was of poor quality (lots of fat and gristle).

Absolutely delicious. I’d pay good money at a restaurant for that

Salsa kind of sour not spicy, beans not great, brisket not very tender. Just wasn’t all that great, and cost extra. Not my favorite

The flavor was very good however the meat was fatty. I’d prefer leaner brisket but I will order it again.
