Spiced, smoked, and slowly cooked, beef brisket shines in this one-bowl wonder, stacked with cilantro rice, refried beans, and baby spinach. Served with salsa verde cruda—a fresh blend of tomatillo and jalapeno—and topped with pepperjack cheese, this dish brings Texas and Mexico in flavor form.

How could this have been prepared by a chef? The brisket couldn't have been smoked more than two hours! This meal was completely inedible!

It tasted great, but the meat was super fatty.

Not a favorite, just sort of ok. Not a lot of flavor and meat had a lot of gristle.

Beef was very low quality - Mostly fat and gristle. Bean were almost non-existent. Taste wasn't terrible but overall this was my worst CookUnity meal yet. Extraordinarily disappointed. Waste of money.
