This vibrant Latin-inspired dish features grilled chicken glazed with a tangy tamarind-ancho-agave reduction, balanced by a creamy avocado-yogurt sauce and a fresh corn and quinoa salad on a spinach base. It celebrates the balance of sweet, smoky, and citrusy flavors while keeping the build clean, light, and nutrient-focused.

Very tasty but some of the chicken was dry after following heating instructions (suggested time between 1-3 minutes, so I did 2 minutes). Might be better to cook the chicken in two batches at 1 min.

chicken was good, quinoa salad was gravely and not very flavorful.

Personally I don't like green or red peppers, so an option to have this dish peppers-free would make it 5 stars in my opinion.

This was unfortunately very bland and I’m noticing the cook temp for a lot of these meals should be raised in order to fully heat the meals in the time suggested. Overall not the best.
