Chef Maribel transports us to the Mediterranean coast with this herby tender-grilled salmon, paired with delicately braised cannellini beans, and a refreshing hit of zucchini. A sweet and tangy red pepper relish ties everything together, with a mustard vinaigrette on the side.

The salmon was tender and delicious. A bit too much onion for my taste but overall an excellent dish.

Just didn’t care for this flavor. Great portion tho. I like sour but this was a bit too tangy for my liking

This was frozen for a couple of days, then thawed and heated. Great flavor and great fresh fish, even after that

The flavor was delicious, but the salmon had a few bones in it.
