Chef Andres spices up ground turkey with poblano peppers, then simmers them both with diced tomato, chili powder, ground cumin, and dried oregano. Red onions add a tangy sweet taste, and sliced avocado, lime crema and queso fresco add creamy freshness. This hearty filling is all wrapped up in toasted corn tortillas for an extra special Taco Tuesday (or really any day!)

Excellent meal, well seasoned. Be sure to eat this the first day because of the avocados. I warmed the tortillas in a skillet with oil and ate mine open-faced.
