Tilapia is rubbed with Cajun seasoning and fresh thyme, then pan-seared until golden and tender. It’s served over garlicky sautéed kale, with a colorful side of zucchini and bell peppers. A smooth Cajun pan sauce—blended from slow-cooked onions and warm spices—adds just enough richness to tie everything together without masking the freshness of the vegetables.

Tilapi flaky, but coating very soggy. Any way to crisp it up?

The fish tasted off. It was dried and kind of over cooked. When you pick it with a fork it was kind of rubbery to eat. 2 meals were the same.

This was good if a little bland. The fish was already on its way out when it arrived, so had to use it first.
