Bright, balanced, and entirely low carb, this bowl spotlights tender carne asada, its edges seared before soaking in a smoky chipotle marinade. Grilled fajita vegetables bring char and sweetness, while citrus slaw adds a refreshing bite. On the side, there’s creamy guacamole, fresh pico de gallo, and a drizzle of silky chipotle crema.

Meat, veges and guacamole were excellent. The other sauce was not a flavor that I like but I tasted it before pouring it on so no biggie!

I air fry this meal so the meat gets a little crispy. Avocado usually arrives black so I end up tossing it.
Maybe put something other than avocado in the meal.

Good, but definitely wasn't enough. Wish the portions were larger.

Spicy sauce, but otherwise unappealing

Super good! Love to make a burrito in a keto tortilla!

I’m sure I got an entirely different meal. It had rice and beans and tortillas and the meat resembled chorizo. I also did not get the avocado, Cole slaw, or pico. It was fine but not what I wanted

Meat too chewy

The crema is SUPER SPICY. I’m glad I tried it before putting it on. It’s just an okay dish in a sea of outstanding choices.

The coleslaw pico de gallo tasted weird, like the lime was old. Not a fan of it in general. Maybe just fresh finely shavencoleslaw just as a garnish with separate pico de gallo.
We started in 2017 in West Hollywood serving our fan favorite Chipotle Taco. Soon after we began our food truck journey in 2019, we’ve been growing rapidly ever since. As a hispanic owned business we take much pride in creating dishes that bring our heritage to life while incorporating the modern culture in Los Angeles. We believe we’re only as good as what we fuel ourselves with. That means we only use fresh produce, marinate meats overnight, and prepare salsas and sides daily. Ensuring bold flavors, savory taste, and that feel good food feeling.
