Lacking flavor despite the ingredients. Scooping out the potatoes and mixing with the sour cream, then adding the mix back might help. As is there is just a large chunk of flavorless potato.

We divided this dish so that takes care of portion size but there was way too much cheese. It was not really possible to eliminate any without losing potato along with the cheese. Add more sour cream

Mushy texture- too much butter or oil… needs to be fluffier. Wasn’t a fan of the sour cream . Tasted more like plain yogurt.
