Greek Beef Moussaka

Layers of roasted eggplant and Yukon potatoes cradle a cinnamon-infused beef ragù, all sealed under creamy béchamel and a golden cap of cheese. On the side, tender green beans with sautéed shallots and a squeeze of lemon keep the plate balanced.
