Southern Fried Chicken

Chef Cat brings Southern roots and Mediterranean flair together in this crave-worthy mashup. Her juicy, golden-fried chicken thigh sits next to lemony garlic whipped potatoes and a smoky street corn salad. A cool, buttermilk maple ranch dressing finishes the plate.
