Braised Beef Fideua

Fideua follows the same spirit as paella, swapping rice for toasted fideos that absorb saffron broth and slow-cooked sofrito. Chef Maribel tops the pasta with moruno-spiced braised beef, roasted peppers, sweet peas, and smoky piquillo aioli.
