A colorful bowl absolutely loaded with flavors and textures! Crispy cabbage slaw and nutty farro form a hearty base for the bowl, where caramelized, roasted butternut squash is the star. Topped with pepperjack cheese, pickled jalapeños, and crunchy corn tortilla chips, the bowl is finished with a creamy avocado dressing to bring it all together. Light and zesty yet super satisfying, this bowl is perfect for a hearty lunch or easy dinner.

The flavor is great! The one thing that got a little strange was the texture of the chips. I wonder if they could package the chips in a bag or something to keep them fresh and not soggy

This is a delicious winter meal. Not light as described but solid and hearty.

I love this bowl! Crispy chips would be nice, but even soggy they have good chew and add a nice flavor to the dish.

I don't remember this having jalapenos the last time I had it. but now it does. It was better without them.

This is my favorite dish yet. The level of spice is just right. The squash and cabbage are colorful and the pumpkin seeds and tortilla chips give it crunch. It is delicious even without sauce.
