A colorful bowl absolutely loaded with flavors and textures! Crispy cabbage slaw and nutty farro form a hearty base for the bowl, where caramelized, roasted butternut squash is the star. Topped with pepperjack cheese, pickled jalapeños, and crunchy corn tortilla chips, the bowl is finished with a creamy avocado dressing to bring it all together. Light and zesty yet super satisfying, this bowl is perfect for a hearty lunch or easy dinner.

So spicy! Too spicy (hot) for my liking. Definitely needs a pepper to alert people that it is spicy. As others said, chips soggy. I think I would like it if I could tolerate the spicy

It was ok. May or may not order again.

Delicious

Needs more veggies and more sauce. Also, the chips get soggy but will harden up a bit in the oven.

This week 4 this meal, found most black beans were peeling & the red cabbage was discolored or very pale. Also tasted funny. Not nearly as good as it has before. This well B4 expiration date.

I thought this was really good (with some extra salt). I saw comments about soggy chips, but I reheated it in the toaster oven and they were fine. Definitely going on the reorder list.

ok
chips get mushy, obviously, so add your item

chips were soggy, cabbage was large chunks and hard to chew. i recommend packaging separately or instructing to remove chips before cooking meal, and shredding the cabbage more for ease of consumption

By the time I ate this the chips were so soggy. I did end up putting this one in the oven to reheat and that did help with the chips a little but unfortunately the taste was just okay. I usually love butternut squash but this one will be a pass.

This had delicious flavor, but the chips were so pale and soggy , I had to air fry the heck out of them. I also wish the cabbage had been chopped or shredded instead of in huge chunks.
