It was way over cooked to well done which is almost criminal to do to tenderloin. Even the dog would ‘not eat it

Great potential. But the tenderloin is horribly over cooked. Why?
The beans are massively under-cooked. Why? Only the sweet potatoes were right.

I wish the steak was a little on the rarer side, but the flavors were delicious. Loved the heat in the chimichurri.

Beef and Sweet potatoes were delicious. Green beans were tough, not done enough. I like el dente but not practically uncooked so I didn't eat them. Not worth the premium price IMHO.

Sweet potatoes taste great. The chimichurri isn’t the best I’ve had. The beef could also be a little more tender.
