A twist on the classic Waldorf Salad, this version comes with grilled chicken, candied pumpkin seeds, and dried apricots, over a bed of freshly shredded kale and served with an herbaceous green goddess dressing. It’s a nutritious, protein-packed meal perfect for lunch or a light weeknight meal.
Wish there were more veggies- more tomatoes please!

The kale was coated with a heavy film that I am assuming was the dressing before it was packed in a container with ice. It didn't have any flavor so I had to add balsamic vinegarette to the salad.

Provide two salad dressings. I did not enjoy this very much and will not order it again because it has too many vegetables and kale is too strong for me to eat.

is the dressing in the room with us? I noticed the kale might have some dressing on it but it is completely hardened on the kale. since there is no dressing to pour on it, it is incredibly dry.
