The potato gratin was very tasty but seemed to be under cooked. The potatoes were too crunchy and starchy, even with it being cooked in the oven. The salmon had no seasoning whatsoever.

So excited for this one....my first Cook Unity meal ever and the potatoes were crunchy (as in raw), unfortunately. Would've been fantastic if they were cooked.

Really good flavor on the potatoes. Salmon was a solid addition and blended nicely. Heavy on fats and calories, which impacts when I'll order this in future
