Adobo Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak

Chef Einat’s signature adobo blend—spicy, sweet, and a little smoky—turns this meltingly tender steak into something unforgettable. A bright chermoula made with fresh cilantro and parsley cuts through the richness, while a harissa-spiked mash of potato and butternut squash brings a spicy Middle Eastern spin on steak and potatoes.
