In this colorful bowl, Chef Chom nods to the royal roots of japchae—a Korean dish once reserved for celebratory feasts. Springy sweet potato glass noodles form the base, tossed with sautéed carrots, peppers, and spinach in a savory-sweet teriyaki-style sauce. That same sauce brines a tender chicken breast before it’s grilled to a golden, caramelized finish. A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds adds the quintessential nuttiness that takes this dish to regal levels.

honestly, it's probably really good. I really don't like noodles outside of Italian dishes and Ramen. I was just trying something new to see if I was wrong.

Chicken was chewy

Chicken was great, seasoning and spices also good. Very generous portion of food overall. Might be the most amount of food. However, the glass noodles didn’t hold up and were very soft and not good.
