In this dish from Chef Ruben, the natural richness of salmon is complemented by the smoky sweetness of a chipotle-maple glaze. Roasted until tender and buttery, the fillet is served with a side of bright mango pico de gallo and lemony green beans to keep things fresh and balanced. A meal that works as well for a light lunch as it does for a protein-packed dinner.

Great flavor. The sauce was lightly spicy (I’m not a huge spice fan) and worked so well I even dipped the green beans in it.

First order was very good. The second and third order caused a lot of time getting the salmon from the skin. Salmon did not seem the same quality. Green beans were very good.
