Spiced, smoked, and slowly cooked, beef brisket shines in this one-bowl wonder, stacked with cilantro rice, refried beans, and baby spinach. Served with salsa verde cruda—a fresh blend of tomatillo and jalapeno—and topped with pepperjack cheese, this dish brings Texas and Mexico in flavor form.

Way too little beef especially for the premium price. This should NOT be a premium dish.

Brisket was dry but otherwise good!

The portion seemed correct, nothing bad about it just not noteworthy.

It was good, but for a premium item, the brisket should be more tender.

For someone that loves cilantro, this would be a perfect dish! Cilantro I'm not very much a fan of so I didn't eat the rice at all knew I wouldn't but I did enjoy the meat and the rest of the pieces I like that it was in a bowl configuration so I didn't have to deal with the mass of wearing rice when I try to eat a burrito! I didn't even eat the salsa cause I'm a wimp. But someone that loves heat, boy they've been all over that! If there was a mild version of some of your Mexican options I would be elated!
