This vibrant Latin-inspired dish features grilled chicken glazed with a tangy tamarind-ancho-agave reduction, balanced by a creamy avocado-yogurt sauce and a fresh corn and quinoa salad on a spinach base. It celebrates the balance of sweet, smoky, and citrusy flavors while keeping the build clean, light, and nutrient-focused.

Would have liked the chicken to be packaged separate for easier heating.

It didn't look like it was fully cooked and I didn't see the point of heating up leafy greens. The sauce didn't add anything and I couldn't taste any tamarind glaze.

Chicken was dry. We didn’t care for the dressing. It had a strange aftertaste. On an up note the salad was very fresh.
