Chef Raymundo skillfully crafts this loaded quesadilla to have the perfect balance of flavors and textures. This one features succulent seared shrimp, tomatoes, jalapeño, and gooey mozzarella cheese, all perfectly complemented by a side of fresh guacamole and tangy sour cream. Every bite will leave you wanting more.
Hardly any shrimp and what was there was like rubber. The overall flavor was really lacking too.

Just had quesadillas and guacamole, no sour cream or lettuce. But the finely chopped ingredients helped the flavors blend very nicely. Well seasoned and tasty.

The only thing I did not like about this meal was too many peppers.

tasty, but the wet veggies just made the tortillas fall apart. would be better with just the shrimp and cheese in the filling, and veggies on side to add later, or at least double up the tortillas.
