Inspired by all the flavors of a Mexican burrito, this tofu bowl features seasoned baked tofu and veggies like corn and roasted peppers, all on a bed of rice and black beans. A creamy, dreamy avocado sauce rounds out this delicious and healthy plant-based meal.

Delicious, wish the peppers were cut a little smaller.

This was tasty but needed maybe a tortilla or something. I had some tortilla chips and that worked great. If it had come with two guacamole tubs I would have given it five stars.
