Pork loin is rubbed with fresh sage, garlic, smoked paprika, and a hint of orange zest, then roasted, sliced, and served over nutty farro and rosemary-thyme carrots and Brussels sprouts. A mustard-cider reduction adds gentle tang and sweetness, bringing everything into balance.

The pork was tender. Cider mustard dressing was tasty and complemented the pork and farro.

This was underseasoned, but could be easily improved at home. Healthy and I’m a fan of farro.

Taste good; just a little dry

Tons of protein, love the farro, love the Brussels! (Made my own honey mustard sauce, less oily than included sauce.) Pork was tender and delish! Solid option that I plan to reorder.
