This loaf blends ripe bananas and juicy blueberries into a not-too-sweet slice that works as breakfast, snack, or dessert. Greek yogurt adds richness without heaviness, while a touch of vanilla brings balance.

These were much larger than I expected. Tons of fresh blueberries. Next time, I’m throwing them on the griddle.

Super moist and absolutely delicious

Was good, but wasn’t great. Maybe it’s what happens to it in the time it travels to get here. It just didn’t taste fresh and delicious like you would buy from a bakery.
