This dish is a forever favorite for a reason—garlicky basil pesto and seared chicken breast belong together. The pesto chicken is paired with crispy roasted potatoes, as well as a simple baby kale side salad with cherry tomatoes and parmesan to round out this wholesome meal.

The cheese just doesn’t work and there were way too many potatoes. A better balance between potatoes and a vegetable would be nice.

could have used more flavor and the salad was just a few pieces with tomatoes chucked on top. but the main parts were good in texture, just needed more flavor in the pesto.

Enough chicken for 2 meals, though not salad. I recommend covering the chicken to heat and add the pesto at the end. Good flavor. Would order again.
