Irresistibly good, hearty and nutritious, this is one of Chef Andres' signature dishes. Boneless chicken breast and tender Israeli couscous is paired with creamy mozzarella, basil, juicy tomatoes and peppery arugula for a well-rounded satisfying meal.
Contains milk, wheat, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

More arugula, fewer tomatoes. The tomatoes were not ripe enough. Balsamic reduction was excellent, though!

Bland ingredients -improved with insufficient amount of balsamic glaze (had to add more of my own). Needed much more greens. Enjoyed it better heated rather than cold.

Absolute perfection. I treasure this entree every time. Still can't believe it's so good cold out of the fridge!
