Big, bold flavors straight out of Puebla. Chef Andres dials up the heat with a fragrant garlic-chili rub, searing and roasting beef tenderloin until it’s smoky, tender, and juicy. Roasted sweet potatoes are served next to a zippy salsa verde loaded with tomatillos and cilantro, with a side of garlicky green beans for a fresh finish.

Meat was really good, salsa okay but not as good as other condiments I’ve had from Cook/Unity. Sweet potatoes a little soggy.

Really enjoyed this. A generous serving of beef -- I wasn't expecting that. It's been ages since I've had beef with the high prices so this was a treat. What made it so delicious was the salsa. Yum!

I enjoyed the beef and sweet potatoes very much. Green bean were too crispy for my taste.

The green beans need to be pre-cooked a bit more.

Not sure if it’s even possible to deliver a meal like this and have the meat come out medium rare.
