Perfectly cooked, just this side of crisp vegetables and perfectly cooked chicken. The seasoning was light and exactly what is needed on this kinds of dish. The flavors of the vegetables came out well

Generally speaking this dish lacks flavor and is dry without adding some sort of sauce. Definitely not a stand alone dish.

this falls just slightly flat on the finish flavor and is slightly dry. a sauce drizzle would complement nicely. I added vinegar/oil dressing but think a Cilantro or cucumber sauce would pair nicely
